HDPE Geomembrane and pond liner is produced from high density polyethylene resin by film-blowing process, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging and UV-resistance component. Now it is the most widely used products for solid waste containment (such as landfill liners), mining and water containment applications.

HDPE Geomembrane installation scheme
I. Performance and engineering application of HDPE geomembrane:
Polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride geomembrane widely used in engineering are stronger than clay in terms of impermeability and are almost impervious to water, especially high-density polyethylene, which is more waterproof. If expressed by the permeability coefficient, it can reach 10 -13 -10 -15 / s. After conducting a hydraulic penetration test

weather resistance and good aging resistance, chemical resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and puncture resistance, so it is particularly suitable for underground engineering, mining engineering, waste filling Buried sites, sewage or waste disposal sites are used as anti-leakage materials.
HDPE geomembrane production process:
The production process of HDPE geomembrane is mainly divided into two types: round die coextrusion and flat film extrusion. These two processes are commonly used in domestic and international production of
HDPE geomembrane. It is a common process in plastic processing. A small number of anti-aging additives, and a certain amount of carbon black (2% -3%), are melt-extruded at a temperature of less than 200degrees, and cooled to form. The basic characteristics of the raw material resin are maintained as much as possible during processing.
